Overview
I am a fourth year Computer Science and Engineering major at University of California, San Diego. I am currently working with Dr. Jurgen Schulze for my undergraduate honors thesis. Working in conjunction with Dr. Bing Ren and group at the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research, I am creating a 3D Chromosome Viewer to facilitate scientific understanding of nuclear regulatory events during transcription.
