Printing

We don't have an official printer for our group. However, Greg Hidley, whose desk is across from Philip's desk, thankfully offered us to use his printer, the big color Laserjet 3800dtn next to his desk, for occasional use. Also, please don't run big jobs on it like printing out big manuals etc. Printing an occasional publication or two of 10-20 pages is okay. Also, if you don't need color, please print in grayscale. This printer can be accessed through its IP address which is posted on it. Please do not use this printer for personal print jobs.

Finally, please do not use any other printers in the building without Jurgen's or the owner's permission. Let Jurgen know if you have a large print job to do and he will work with you to make it happen.
