Project Description
A 3D-User interface that utilizes sensor data from android devices to simulate augmented reality.
Features and Screenshots
- Real-time, two-directional gyroscope response akin augmented reality:
- Omnidirectional Control Apparatus allows you to move in any direction. Works just like a virtual control stick.
- Objects are highlighted within a bounding reticle:
- The reticle will bring up menus that can affect the selected object(s). Change the color, or perform affine transformations on objects, etc.
- A Server that collects User Information and stores it in a database (So users can resume their previous work later, or perhaps can be developed further into a 3D-game):
- The Server also updates other users in the same local group about changes to the objects in the environment.
