* Install CMake into user's home directory, for instance C:\users\USERNAME\CMake

* Download [http://www.cs.gsu.edu/~ashrestha2/uploads/3rdParty_Win32Binaries_vc90sp1.zip 3rd party libraries] (thanks, Ayush Shrestha!) and expand into user's home directory, for instance to C:\users\USERNAME\libs. Move files from '3rd Party' subdirectory up into libs.
